Natasha brings a wide breadth of experience to her classes and has been teaching yoga since 2002. Certified in yoga therapy, pre/postnatal yoga, hatha yoga, restorative yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra, relaxation massage, and more recently as a postpartum doula.
Natasha believes that yoga is a powerful tool for dealing with physical and emotional stress that can accumulate in our daily lives. Ease of body emerges from reduced pain, improved stability, flexibility, mobility and strength. Ease of mind arises as we learn to respond with clarity to thoughts and emotions, rather than react habitually to our conditioned mind.
Living our yoga off the mat is what resonates with Natasha ; taking the skills, challenges, successes, and experiences we have on our mats, and applying them to our everyday lives. As we flow in yoga practice, we are actually learning to ride the ups and downs of life with a greater sense of awareness, grace and ease… especially in mamahood! She invites you to come explore with her on the mat, let yourself be and breathe.
Natasha lives in Winnipeg, Manitoba with her husband, son and two cats.

I have been captivated by scent my entire life. Some of my first scent memories include the rich floral scents of my grandfather’s flower shop and the earthy fragrance of Alberta prairie sweetgrass. When I discovered aromatherapy in the mid-1990s, a whole world of fragrant natural beauty opened before me. It was a match made in heaven.
I am a Certified Aromatherapist, a trained Daring to Rest Yoga Nidra facilitator, an adult educator, and a ritual artisan. I have in-depth training & experience in facilitating women’s circles and retreats. My heart sings when I am creating aromatic alchemy in the 1912 studio and facilitating experiences that invite women to come home to themselves and to their inner wisdom through rest.
At the heart of 1912 Aromatherapy is a deep desire to create and connect you to rest and aromatic rituals of self-care that soothe, nourish, and restore you from the inside and out.
